Adriano Bacchella

I first learned of photographer Adriano Bacchella from Danielle of Style-Files. He is the talented eye behind all of these captivating images from Casa Zeus on the island of Filicudi, Italy. Just one more place to add to my "must visit" list. I can't even imagine staying somewhere like this....I don't think I'd ever manage to leave! I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend! :)

Casa jardín

How entirely lovely are these images of Casa jardín in Ullastret taken by photographer Jordi Canosa? And did you check out his portfolio yet, because if you're loving these, get ready to drool all over your keyboard. It's images like these that make me want to pack my bags and travel the world. The suburbs just don't hold the same magic!

Lovely Interior Shutters

I was immediately drawn to this room that was featured in House Beautiful and by Barbara Westbrook and Kim Winkler when Those gorgeous blue shutters look reclaimed, but they were actually made to order. The shade of blue was inspired by the antique wood-and-iron chandelier which still had its original paint. Lovely all around!

Coastal Gems

It's always a good day when you get to see some work by Jane Coslick! One day I'm going to head to Tybee Island and check out all of these delightful cottages. Did you know that you can rent out one of Jane's very own cottages? 99 Steps from the Beach (first several images above) was actually the first cottage that Jane bought on Tybee. The adorable 625-square-foot oceanfront home can be yours for 2 nights, a week, or an entire season! What a true beach experience, porch hammock and all. (See more of my posts on Jane Coslick here, here and here....love her!)

The corner of Turquoise and Heaven

If you ask me, this is a picture of perfection. Taken in downtown Lancaster by Nichole of Little Brown Pen. May this sort of beauty surround you this weekend!

Bahamas Salt Box

I posted a different photograph of this bedroom taken by Paul Massey back in October, but yesterday when Simply Seleta mentioned that this room was one of two images that encompassed her design style, I learned that it was designed by Tom Scheerer. A little trip to his portfolio showed me even more of this beautiful Bahamas Salt Box. What a dreamy little retreat!

Beside the Point

I know I just got home from vacation, but after seeing images in Coastal Living of the seaside rental cottage "Beside the Point" in Harbour Island, I immediately wanted to pack my bags again and head to the Bahamas (who am I kidding though, I haven't unpacked yet...!). I did a little search to find more images...this coastal cottage is way too cute! (Images via Coastal Living, John McCardy Architect and Island Real Estate).
