Vertical Sustainable District Proposed In New York, USA






The vertical design of sustainable neighborhood solus4 Project is located in New York, USA. The International High School In Ultimo Sydney, Australia

 
 
 

International Grammar School in Sydney, designed by Allen Jack + Cottier is located in Ultimo, Australia. Recognizable shape, color and scale of the building was a direct response to an extensive collection of large buildings of brick, giving the distinctive character of Ultimo. Allen Jack + Cottier plasticity, durability, and transparency of the glass program, using a large, playful, amoeba-like openings in the entire 4-story school on the outside walls to reduce the facades and offer different perspectives.

The building represents the second generation of ideas originally developed for the Hall of Fame Berry, who won the best sports building at the World Architecture Festival in November 2009. Amenities include a playground infiltration on the ground floor, a library, offices and a multipurpose indoor hall. The roof was designed as an outdoor playground in the shade of a wide range of photovoltaic cells.
