Surrounded by several universities, the region has an energy and a sense that anything is possible.

It is designed as a center where new artists promote their work. A combination of bright colors and patterns give the building the impact of supporting the proposed use, with the exterior consists of angle shots of the pattern of glass frit yellow gold is a unique jewel.
