Miles Redd + The Winner!

I have to admit I never picked up an issue of Town & Country until Stephen Drucker took over. Not sure what it was like before, but his first issue impressed me. This Atlanta home designed by color genius Miles Redd and photographed by Francesco Lagnese is opulence at its finest. The living room?? The walls are covered in stretched turquoise silk satin. The dressing room? Hand painted de Gournay wallaper. And the breathtaking bedroom floor?? Oscar de la Renta leopard-print carpet. I love the fashion sketches in the bathroom covering the platinum blue Boussac Tarentelle wallpaper too. Oh the other half!

Time to announce the lucky winner of the Candace Rose giveaway!

Tyler of Tyler's Taste Tests!!!

And with that happy news, I'm going to turn off my computer and get ready for my trip to New York! I leave tomorrow morning and will be gone 10 whole days. Yay! I asked some of my favorite bloggers to entertain and inspire us with their favorite turquoise spaces. You'll love it. In addition, you can still check out Everything Turquoise...I have 50 posts scheduled on there! ;)

La Samanna Villas

Wow! You guys gave us some amazing ideas yesterday!! Thanks a million for all of your feedback, we so appreciate it! So many of you said how incredible the Caribbean is. I'd die, I swear to you, being somewhere like the La Samanna Villas on the island of St Martin. The extraordinary view of the Caribbean Sea would be the end of me! Not only is the view breathtaking, but the interiors designed by Marc Michaels are so elegantly comfortable, I can't believe it's not someone's home. I love how our favorite color is paired with oranges, reds, pinks and greens...for "a true Caribbean spirit"! If that is the spirit of the Caribbean, I'm so there!

Purple Perfection

I'm almost certain that this picture perfect apartment featured on Delikatissen, most likely in some fab European city, could convince any American to down-size to 430 square feet. (Unless you live in NY, you guys already rock your small spaces!) Despite its limited size, the comfy and cozy home has such a great flow about it. Not to mention a striking color palette that I don't see nearly enough! How fun is that fabric and wallpaper?! You definitely want to see more of this home...head right this way!

Tara Seawright

There's so much to love in this cheery Shelter Island home designed by Manhattan-based interior designer Tara Seawright and featured in Hamptons Cottages and Gardens. The serene and beachy color palette of the master bedroom is just perfect. How about the peacock blue library just off of it with the comfy sectional...what an escape! And did you spot the leather hippo footstool in the study?! Parents rest their feet or kids take a little ride...I love it!

Bridgehampton Beauty

When I get to peek inside a home in the Hamptons, I know it's going to be a good day. And to think most aren't even filled with my favorite color, as this shingle-style home in Bridgehampton is! The home and its owner Todd Rome, president of Blue Star Jets, were recently profiled in 27east. Although their primary residence is a townhouse on the Upper East Side, Todd and his wife Vanessa (who decorated the home) and their 4 children spend their summers here. I think my favorite room is the kitchen...those lanterns are so cool! You can read more and see all the pictures of this fabulous home here!

Let the countdown begin...today is the last day to enter my giveaway before I turn 30! I'll announce the lucky winner tomorrow morning! Good luck!

Janet Simon

These bedrooms from the portfolio of New Jersey designer Janet Simon are nothing short of beautiful! The rooms are so serene, perfect for unwinding after a long day. That first bedroom in particular is completely stunning...my gosh look at those windows! I LOVE the headboard and bedskirt fabric in the last image too. Have a look at her portfolio here, the living spaces are equally as beautiful!

Timothy Mather

I know you've seen (and loved) this incredible kitchen with the painted ceiling, but I wanted to make sure you see more work from the mind behind it! Timothy Mather of TM Design Ltd was born in England, and educated in Zimbabwe and Canada. He spent 10 years in a successful fashion career before he continued his education in interior design. I can't get enough of the punchy green and turquoise going on in the first room, those drapes are my favorite! But that kitchen...I could look at it all day long! See more of his work here (make sure to check out the new stuff!)

Roberts Erickson Design

I'm dishing out the eye-candy today, complements of Roberts Erickson Design (remember that fab bedroom they designed?) The owners of this eclectic Myrtle Beach home featured in Grand Strand Magazine live here full-time, but still wanted to have a vacation vibe. They were very adamant about keeping things neutral, so pops of colors were brought in to create a look that coexists with the ocean-side landscape. The result is beachy, but not in a literal way. What I love the most is that the couple didn't start all over from scratch, they wanted to keep a lot of their original furniture and accessories. They just wanted an update. I'd say they got that and more! Too read all about their home, head here!
